Tamara Spencer’s journey towards studying and practicing kinesiology was sparked by a personal experience. After injuring her back and experiencing the debilitating effects of compressed sciatic nerve, she sought the help of a Kinesiologist. In just a two-hour session, Tamara saw a remarkable improvement, with her mobility reaching 80% and being free from pain.
This transformative experience fueled Tamara’s curiosity and interest in kinesiology as a modality for promoting health and well-being. She became determined to learn more about this field and its potential to unlock a pain-free life for others. Motivated by her natural ability to perceive and empathize with the emotional states of others, coupled with her genuine desire to initiate care and well-being, Tamara embarked on a journey of studying kinesiology.
Over the past three years, Tamara has dedicated herself to honing her skills and knowledge under the guidance of leading energetic health educators, mentors, and practitioners. Throughout her degree, she developed a profound ability to assist people of all ages in overcoming chronic health issues, emotional pain, structural pain, and compensation issues.
Prior to her foray into kinesiology, Tamara had a successful career in the accounting field within the body corporate industry. While she enjoyed the challenges of working with numbers and delivering service requirements to clients and suppliers, she felt a deep sense of empathy and drive to help others. Tamara possesses a unique perspective, being able to perceive and understand aspects of life that others might not even notice or comprehend.
Now, armed with her diploma in kinesiology and a wealth of practical experience, Tamara is living her passion and making a real difference in people’s lives. Her journey from being healed herself to becoming a registered Kinesiologist has allowed her to help many individuals alleviate their pain, overcome suffering, and find a deeper sense of well-being. Tamara’s dedication to her clients and her profound understanding of the human body and mind make her a valuable resource in the field of kinesiology.

Kinesiology is based on the understanding that the body stores information like a computer. Much of the information is subconscious. This information is accessed with the right question asked, the body knows what the issue is and knows how to fix this, the Kinesiologist needs to understand and listen to be directed to the correct area to bring the body back homeostasis.
Kinesiology uses energetic aspect. Through muscle testing and indicator change (the muscle will lock or unlock or have a change in tone). Through this testing the Kinesiologist can pick up what is happening at a deeper level in the body. We will access organ areas of the body, light or deep touch on acupoints of the body, the indicator change in the muscle we are testing will guide us to relieve tension in this area or analyse on a deeper level to clear the pain.
Stress can be useable and is important as this motivates people to accomplish more, for example, faced with a difficult situation or in the workplace, when faced with an unexpected or looming deadline, however stress becomes proactive and can burden our wellbeing when we feel increasingly overloaded and lose our sense of control.
In day to day lives, we all carry stress, often not consciously realising just how harmful it is. Stress can show up in physical symptoms and this leads to our physical body to become unwell. Stress has a direct influence on the digestion, hormonal and immune systems, organ and brain function. When stress begins to affect our body we may experience structural pains, an inability to rest, increase in anxiety, a feeling of irritation and anger, indigestion, exhaustion, life begins to be unmanageable, bacterial skin infections, frequent flue symptoms, loneliness, feelings of hopelessness and this continues to develop due to ongoing stress.
When the body becomes unwell, this is surface message from the body telling you that you are not coping and your system is out of balance. Treating the surface illness is not treating the root cause of the issue. The cause is much deeper than you realise and is projecting what area of your life requires treating. It’s similar to a headache, you could easily take a pain killer and this issue will disappear, however if you went through the motions, try drinking water, go out in the sun light, get off your computer, take a nap the issue would eventually disappear, this is not as simple when treating disease, but you understand the concept.
Kinesiology is designed to analyse the body and decode what the system is saying for you to adapt and maintain a healthy balance in your life.
Kinesiologists use muscle testing as a feedback mechanism to access information on your health. Muscle testing is a method that allows the Kinesiologist to “communicate with your body” accessing your innate awareness and body memory. This provides a real-time evaluation of the mind, the body, the neurological, immune, organ and hormonal responses.
The energetic system plays a big part in your overall wellbeing, emotions, old negative patterns, and memories. When you lose control your sense of self, coping mechanisms are adopted creating dysfunctional pattern to try and maintain your own state of balance. This shows lack of communication from the spiritual and physical order.
Once imbalances or blockages in the systems are identified (this is what we call a set up). We stack all the stress the body has guided us to, all the root causes that got you to the state of imbalance. Then continuing through muscle testing the body will communicate what it needs to become well. The body may call on the Law of Five Elements, maybe and emotion or attitude to be cleared or (Qi) Chi flow to be flushed and run.
Kinesiology uses vast variety of techniques that stimulates the body’s natural healing ability, leading to new a approach and more meaningful, healthier and fulfilled life. Kinesiology works gently to resolve the underlying cause or issue that created the problem, as opposed to treating or suppressing the symptoms.
If there is one way to describe how Kinesiology impacts your life. Think of it like a switch. Your switch turns on, you know exactly what to do and you know exactly what you need to become well, and you do!
